A Memory For Mary

Here is the color shot I took of that sign from deep in the heart of WPB.

  1. Thanks Liz! So much mo' better than B&W. I don't remember it being so colorful. Took my camera w/ me when I went to Judy's today, but nothing really caught my eye. I think you have to get out of the car, or have another pair of eyes like we did that day. Wanna go out shooting again one of these days?

  2. Heh, heh, heh. I meant to tell you that I did some stuff to it after I brought it into photoshop back when we took those photos. It did punch it up a bit. No wonder you don't remember the vivid color. He, he. Of course... shoot we must. Have you driven by Howell Watkins since the destruction? I have yet to bear it.

  3. I haven't been to HW - but then it doesn't mean as much to me. I only went there one year and it was among the worst years of my student life.

  4. Hey, worst years of mine in many ways too. Yet I reminisce. I think that age is the problem. A certain child lamented to me last night that it's a horrible age in so many ways. She couldn't think of a reason to find it special. We agreed that five was a most perfectly wonderful year.
